Third-person limited narrator is limited. The perspective is exclusively grounded to one character. Third-person omniscient narrator is a bit more freeing, because you aren’t limited to a single character’s perspective. However, it can also be difficult at times for a reader because it’s very disorienting to head-jump. Hope my answer satisfies you :)
