Explain in your own words why president bush felt it was necessary to invade iraq

Answers

I would base my answer on the fact that numbers don’t lie. Some sources say that the decision by George Bush to invade Iraq was based on the fact that he thought president Saddam Hussein had mass destruction weapons which later turned out to be a mere speculation. More accurate sources which I think directs us to my answer say that Bush was driven by his desire to protect oil flow to the west. Saddam Hussein had proven hard to deal with since he had started changing lots of petrodollars to petroeuros and Bush thought that would affect the value of the dollar so he had to do away with him to gain full access to the oil once more.
