You can try and estimate and if its close you can round it

Lets say you want to estimate 46.7x 34.2. You would first round 46.7 to 47 (because the decimal is 5 or above) and then you would round 34.2 to 34. After that you would plug it in and there you go! 47x34=1598. So 46.7x34.2 is approximately 1,598. I hope this helps!
