D. Right to work Florida Declaration of Rights include freedom of speech and press, freedom of religion, and right to bear arms in section 3,4, and 8 respectively of Article I. All three are constituted in Amendment I and II respectively of the Bill of Rights. The right to work in section 6 of the Florida Declaration of Rights however, which states that employees’ right to bargain collectively through a labor union shall not be denied or abridged, is not adapted to the Bill of Rights.
